Disappointed i was going to try this for the first time. I was going to get the ultimate feast but I'm unable to place sn order online and no one answered the phone.. they have an hour till close. Is this normal for Red Lobster

I get the roads were bad I drove to Iowa from Wyoming yesterday. They couldn't drive home from red lobster?? Give me a break. Obviously this pandemic didn't hurt them that bad huh.. As a manager or owner I would've sent home the people that lived the furthest away while still maintaining the ability to run the restaurant.
