NIGHTMARE experience with this hotel. I sent a team of 4 from my company for a MONTH stay and when they arrive, no one is on staff at the hotel. I even had the GMs personal number to call because we had several issues even booking the hotel. So I had to book them a hotel next door. Then, I call this morning and no answer. I’ve called about 20 times today and still, no answer. I’ve paid over $4000 for a month stay there for my team and have no communication???? Absolutely insane.

I’m not sure who wrote this raving reviews but I chose this place for a business stay and it’s price. During my stay, there was constant domestic abuse occurring. The place smelled like weed. My doom was never serviced during my 1+ month stay. I was charged for a cleaning fee. Now after I checked out, they have charged not one but two different charges to my card. When trying to reach them in regards to it, the manager is never available

My family has been staying there since the middle of June. We are playing on a two week basis. We have documentation stating we are due to renew the room for the next two weeks. This morning, I had to wait outside in the downpour rain because no one‘s keys at the hotel we’re working. I had my three kids with me. I was not the only one waiting until 945 until the front desk associate showed up. Apparently he’s a manager? I went to renew the room and he told me that it was basically sold out. So now I had to go pack our room up with three children on my own. And mind you I have less than an hour to do so. I just checked online and they have the room available. This is really disappointing. When confronted about it the guy said that the room wasn’t available and that he can refuse service. For one, he told us we had to reserve our room days ago. How can I reserve a room that’s already booked? I have paperwork and documentation saying that we were supposed to renew today and then we were able to. Do you know honestly in the month we are staying there the biweekly housekeeping never did show up. And our keys never worked on any of our doors and when we had to ask to get them fixed they had an issue and wanted us to show ID. Honestly it’s not worth spending four hours outside locked out of your room and then when the front desk person shows up 45 mins late… and he refuses to help you.

My stay at this hotel was good except for one employee that made this stay horrible and that’s why I rated 3 stars. HASEY was very rude, unprofessional and bad mannered employee. It was shocking ! Other than her all the employees were fantastic and helpful. VINCENT is the best, he made our stay great. If not for HASEY I’d rate the hotel 5 stars.
