I purchase a farmhouse estate from these guys back in may of 2021 suppose to be move in ready by December. January comes around florida modular reaches out saying the are not building my home cause the price increase so they want me to settle for a smaller home.I told them no so they decided to have me come in for a meeting to discuss other options so I did then he proceeds tell that he could purchase the contract from bank and take my land If I don't take the smaller home and i still told them no i want what i paid for.So a year later still no house no response and I'm still paying 1500 month on interset only payments for a whole year in still to this day.So for me to purchase another home from somebody else I have to refinance my loan lose my down payment and monthly payments which comes to 35k down the drain.So I'm here save you guys from the struggles and stay away from these ppl.

My family is currently homeless inflation refugees. Inflation drove housing prices up so fast we could no longer afford rent. My wife found land to build a home on and got pre-approval letter from the bank to finance it. This company told her "it's not worth our time". I miss what America used to be. When I was a kid growing up in Alabama if a family was without a home the churches would organize the community together to help them build something. Now in florida I guess if you ain't tom cruise with 4 million in hand you ain't worth anybody's time.

I Purchased a Farmhouse Model Home off the lot when being delivered it was raining had a tarp over the end when the home arrived had witness state when the company setting up the home pulled the tarp off it was full of water and poured into my new home causing my floors to bow. When the home was being delivered the walls and ceilings were damaged by the pick cracks in the walls ,cracks in the ceilings, doors want shut never finished my chalk ,for the interior ,door will not shut in rooms ,doors when your going outside will not lock since the house is not level, Notified Florida Modular Homes ,they say call Franklin they tell me its not there problem cosmetics . They call it your dream home till they receive all your money once they have that it becomes a nightmare you have a new home with cracks in the walls in the roof kitchens not even finished how can that be anyone's dream I call this very bad Workmanship Selling Homes and not finishing what they promise .And woman be aware of the Men there that are very unprofessional and will disrespect a woman in a heart beat .

Rudest workers block traffic for hours and cut trees with out asking. When youbtrybto speak with them the have no empathy or compassion. Also they work when the city can not be contacted
