I ordered 3 Chillwell AC's. Have emailed three times to correct my mailing address and find out the shipping times. No response. On hold with customer service now for 1 hour. Checked order status and my order number is still not in system.

My husband ordered two of these Chillwells. One did not work at all and the other one did not do what they said it would. I called customer service to return since they have a 60 money back guarantee. I was told to send the working one back and keep the broken one and my full refund would arrive 10-14 business days by an email. Never got it. I have tried three times to get hold of them again. I filed dispute with Paypal and they were no help at all. I sent all documentation and they closed the dispute saying they had no proof I was to get a refund from the seller. Don't fall for this SCAM. Expensive lesson learned.

I filed a dispute with PayPal and finally got through to someone to cancel the order. they said they would send an email to cancel the order which never happened. Horrible company. The agent on the phone was nice but I bet they are swamped with unhappy consumers.
