Nobody explained the process to me, I was told it was a 2 hour wait for them to go over the clothes I brought them, I couldn’t wait that long with my baby so I said I’ll come back…I get home in a half hour and get a text saying everything is ready and reviewed….I wasted my gas than this was worth. Some of my items were brand new (Nike, etc) but I would of gotten $7. I didn’t realize they would donate the rest ..I would of come the next day to pick the items back up and give to someone or something. Also wished I didn’t put it in a bag that I liked because I won’t get that back either. Waste of time…
