Horrible experience! While I understand every store has their own buying requirements, this store needs to give the sellers better guidance and be specific of what they are looking to buy . I called ahead to ask about the type of clothing/shoes they were buying and was told fall/winter for younger demographic. Took a bin and a big blue ikea bag full of mid tier name brands, some gently used and some new with tags. Out of 160 pieces approx they bought 18. Should have done my research and should have read reviews. Do not understand what qualifies an item as it seems it is based on a “personal” choice of the person looking through the clothes than conditions. Furthermore they require you to bring the clothes clean and neatly folded, yet they give it back to you in opposite conditions. All my clothes was CLEAN and laundered and as I’m going through the rejected pieces, I’m seeing my clothes heavily wrinkled, dirty from dust and even what appears to be dog hair. I don’t have any pets at home!!! Absolutely a mess and disgusting. Like another reviewer said, better off donating. Will NOT be returning to this location. PC Fairfield Management Team : Do your due diligence, train and teach your staff to handle customers merchandise with care. Do as you preach and return the clothes in the SAME conditions as you require it be given to you!

Waste of my time. My first time here. Just dropped off one bag of fairly new ponchos autumn/winter wear, but was told the style of clothing is too mature. Apparently, they only buy items that look cheap. Something a young person would wear. Thankfully, the wait was not too bad today. Will try selling online instead.

Drove over 30 minutes for them to tell me they were no longer buying clothes that day. The store seemed unorganized and packed.
