I purchased an artic freedom personal neck fan from this company. From the very beginning I knew I was in trouble because after paying for the item I was supposed to receive tracking information about when it would arrive. I never received anything. I contacted them about when would my package arrive and I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. That was my first clue this company may not be reputable. I pulled up the better Business bureau in Fairfield New Jersey which is the company's headquarters. After reading their reviews I was disheartened. When the package finally arrived the person that I got it for no longer needed it. A representative for the company told me that if I needed to return the package, I cannot open it, and if I do that would forfeit my ability to get a refund. I returned the package unopened paid almost $30 for postage and luckily I was able to get my refund. I believe it was in part due to the fact that I paid via PayPal and they questioned Ontel it helped to get my refund and I will never do business with them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

the space heater arrived in a box and it was broken and did not work - this is a company which sells defective junk- buyer beware - customer service is a non existent sham

I am trying to get a refund since June 10, 2022 after I returned the AC unit without even opening the box it was shipped in I called them 5 times now and every time I am told the refund is under review It look more like a scam than a legit business

definitely it's a fraud, I wish I had read google reviews before placing my order for the Chillweell cooler, it's been 6 months since I ordered, never received it, no return email either !
