We cannot fix it for you, as we are not a repair shop. We are only a store. The reason is that we cannot support full time repair staff, and the economics of repair don't work out in our area of very high rent. The best we can do is point you to someone else who will solve your problem, but as Dennie mentioned, you can just google it to find a repair shop near you. That's what we would do if you called us. We would give you a few numbers and call them to see who is able to fix the issue. Soon, we will start stocking more parts and have official service center relationships, to make the repairs process much easier for everyone. RollGood only sell the electric bikes and scooters they don't do repairs or warranty. They do tell you this before purchasing and it's written on your receipt too.
