How often do you get new gems/crystals?

Hi Emma, It depends on the crystal. We have 2 big buying trips each year, and restock periodically the rest of the time. We also keep a lot of back stock in inventory, and are constantly adding new items to our retail and online selections, as well as re-stocking favorites.
