OneMain's minimum loan is $1500. They do not go by credit score, but by your actual credit report. They will look at your credit bureau, income, residence history, and employment history, and use those 4 factors plus your application to determine eligibility.
Not really. If you have say above 585, and nothing bad recently that amount shouldn't be hard to get unsecured.
