I have lives here for almost a year and the Leasing Management have been amazing !!! Niyelli in the front office has always went above and beyond to ensure my family has a positive experience here, along with the other girls in the office. Michael, the maintenance technician is Johnny on the spot to fix any maintenance issues and that has been key since we have disabilities. Thank you Creekside Apartment Staff!!!!!

BE AWARE OF MOVING OUT AGREEMENT They charged us $580 for stay 10 more days. And $1076 for fell short by 24 days of 60 days notice which is different from what we signed on the acknowledgment of notice to vacate.

My apartment wasn't clean when I got it the carpet was soaked it wasn't funny I had I'm still getting cat hair up out of my carpet it's overpriced for as old as his apartments are too many big dogs half of them are not only and they don't care they tell you if you make a complaint to be something done it took a year and a half to get one complaint settled and I've made a complaint on my neighbors being so noisy four times still nothing's been done but the maintenance man he's good they don't come any better than Michael he knows what he's doing and he comes and takes care of it
