I just wish there was some follow-up, I’ve been calling once a week for about a month or longer, and I’m told that they are looking for parts, I hate to keep calling but no one is contacting me and now my estimate is much higher than the original quote! So I’m waiting for the outcome, what else can I do UPDATE, Scott did an amazing job repairing my television, it is like brand new, no error messages like I was getting before, my pictures/ screen is bright and sharp and I was charged and extremely fair price! This is the place to go if you want your television repaired by professionals. And the customer service IS awesome!!!!

Scott is very pleasant & knowledgeable. He clearly explained the issues with my TV, and gave me a projected price range (which seemed quite fair) and timeframe. The repair was successfully completed within the timeframe, and in the middle of the stated price range. Highly recommended.

Read some good reviews for this company. Tried several times to speak and left a message. Message stated it would be be a bit before they would call back, NEVER did! Sent an email. You guessed. Never answered. Must be great when business comes for your services. Land of much opportunity! USA
