I’ve called two times and waited up to one hour both calls and can’t get someone to help. I need an appointment, can’t get helped ! Do I need to go to the Office to make an appointment?

One option when calling is leave your number and they'll call you. I don't know if they'll let you in to make an appointment because of covid.
