From our personal experience when we went it was on a Saturday and we went in at seven and stayed until the concert was over which was probably around 10:30-11 and there were still people hanging out and getting stuff to eat when we left.
Yes very fun place! Took my girls for a concert.
I am not 100% sure but I do know that it was amazing, the workers were great, and I am definitely looking forward to going back
