When I was there in May 2019 there was no designated handicap parking that I recall. At least not that was obvious. However, we did get to the venue a few hours early and got a bite to eat and was able to get a really close spot to the venue that would likely be easy enough to get a wheelchair in and out of. There is also paid parking right outside the venue (right next to gate) that was I believe $20. However, we parked about 30 feet away from that spot for free. I would recommend getting to the venue earlier and snagging a close spot before they start charging for parking. Parking elsewhere (surface lot or parking garage) I believe is $5.
During the event I attended. All of the handicap parking spaces were filled. I was directed to go the the parking garage across the street. Parked on second level with no avail. I would encourage you depending on what day. Weekenss are always crowded to drop off before parking. Hope this helps
