Only on "Dog Days". They happen several times a year.
Not on regular basis special events only.

Did not see any dogs when our group was there but I don't know if they are allowed or not. I suggest you call & ask.
They usually have specified "dog days" a few times a year where lots of people bring in their pets but I don't think they want visitors to bring them otherwise.
When we went there around Easter I only remember seeing service dogs. The Garden was eggcellent.
