Pretty much all is ADA. Even up to the tower is spiral walk. Of course in the glassed in building you won't be able to go into some heights but be able to get a good overview.

A great portion is ADA compliant

A good portion is accessible via ramps and concrete walkways, most of the greenhouses and the lake are not wheelchair friendly as well as the rose gardens but they are not in bloom currently

Most of it is wheelchair accessible. The area around the lake is not because it's surroundings is made of dirt and something else, but it's not really safe for wheelchairs in my opinion. But almost everything else for the most part is safe.
