If you want the full experience come on Friday or Saturday. It is our busiest days but we put on the best performance we can, busy or not! Enjoy getting scared!

They are not open year round i believe they do not open till 10/17

I'm not sure...my youngest daughter is 16, she got in. We didn't bring any of the younger kids. Hope this helps.

I cannot confirm nor deny. I have, however, been getting emails for advanced ticket sales to the house of torment this year. I went in 2019 so I am on their email list and I think these two venues are affiliated. This was my first time at the 13th floor. Fingers crossed that we will he able to have both opened for Halloween 2021.

It depends on how many tickets we still have available. Most week nights we do have the box office open, but on weekends we often will not open our box office as we are usually close to selling out. We also charge $3 more at the box office than we do online.

Hello, service dogs are not allowed in the haunted house. But they are permitted outside while in line waiting to enter & can be reunited at the end of the tour.

There is no age limit. With that being said, I will not bring such a young boy. Some areas show graphic mutilation themes. Also some of the areas can be really scary for some teen. I took my 16 year old daughter and nieces and by the time we got out they were so scared they where sweating.

It all depends on the kind of ticket you get plus if you get general addmision on how many people show up.

Depends on how they handle the scares. I loved Halloween and the scare, so i have been going to various haunted houses since i was 7-8. I wasnt too impressed with this haunted house, so i would say take them.

There was a slide but im unsure if the general pass gets that or if its part of the skip the line ticket.

40 minutes total for both levels. But there are lines and security check so complete time is around 90 minutes

I work here. Its seasonal so its considered temporary. You work the last week of sept to first week of nov. And 3 or 4 weekend events throughout the rest of the year. They will work with your schedule too.

It depends on your child. It's scary at points because of all the smoke in the rooms. You cannot see what's coming at you. The zombies don't touch you.

There's no recording at all, no drinks inside the haunt, no flashlights , basically don't pull your phone out inside the haunt of course don't touch the monsters.

I have no idea, I walked by it while on an Amtrak layover on my way to the liquor store. It was not open.

The experience is great! My son and I got the medium price range package. I highly recommend it. Weapons are real but modified. Weight and feel is faithful to the actual weapon of your choice. Nighttime is the best time to go for the best experience.
