I've been trying to figure out where people have been launching kayaks to fluke fish in Shark River. I saw this place today and saw a bunch of guys getting ready to launch from the beach. Does this marina charge to launch and/or to park?

U can launch for free just south of the tennis court's park at maclerie park

Parking is for the people who rent the slips. It is heavily enforced. Same with the bath houses. Not sure about launching Kayaks? Good luck carching those fluke. They are monsters in Shark River.
