Yes ma'am there are free handicap parking places accessable at the public beach. I don't believe there are many however.

Yes there is handicap parking but there is a charge for all vehicle parking.

There is an admission fee to the park, but parking after that is wherever you can find a spot. Recommendation: Get there early.

We paid $15 for parking & I wasn't looking for parking until it was too late.
