Rent varies by size of apt and how much in advance you start looking. I didn't know this but prices fluctuate somewhat based on season and occupancy rate. Dogs are no problem. Lots of people have them. These are great apartments. Im paying about the same as I was at apartment on Polo Rd but this apt is slightly bigger AND I have a two car garage.
