I made an appointment. How does it work? Do I go right into the front door? Does the time actually means something or its same as at the doctors office? Can someone please share the light? Thanks

I got there as requested 15 minutes before for an 8:15AM, had to make a small line outside, 5 minutes, people are very friendly, helpful and nice, not the regular DMV I'm used to dealing with.

Go to the front door. I was taken at my specified time in Newton. Got new title registration and plates in less than a half hour. Also only two other customers in building. Good luck
