When I first brought my cats, the policy was that your first pet gets the office visit for free. Any additional things such as vaccinations, medications, blood work, etc are charged. I had brought 2 cats, who needed xrays and blood work as well as antibiotics. The office visit for my one cat was free. Check their website, but I'm pretty sure that's still the policy. Pretty generous, if you ask me.
No. I believe there is a 1st time visit charge which would give an examination of your pet. Then if you need shots or whatever your case is, that is separate. Call them, they are very kind and will explain everything to you.
