This company is the worst, they don't send me the bill and then they send me two of the same balance, now I have to pay what they want. I call and only receive bad information and I have to pay it.

My bill has steadily been going up now it’s almost $700! I called PVWC only to be told that there’s a leak somewhere and to call a plumber to check. I have a two family house, I’ve looked all over for the source with no results…PVWC could tell me there was a leak, but they can’t tell me at least where to look, useless.
