While there isn't a fence, it does have rather limited access. Best to take her there on a leash & check it out with her before deciding whether or not to take her off the leash.
Unfortunately it is not. I too was very worried but my dog was so occupied with playing in the water with other dogs that he wore himself out. I would suggest going early in the morning. Seemed to be no one showing up until after 10am
No it's not enclosed. It's a gr8 place to take a dog
