Very small bay beach with lots of dogs. Beach has lots of debris. Nice sunset views though.

I would say no..just be responsible with what you pick up
While there isn't a fence, it does have rather limited access. Best to take her there on a leash & check it out with her before deciding whether or not to take her off the leash.
