Perhaps better phone ettique would garner more business for you in the future. Do you actually train your staff when dealing with paying customers on the phone? The next place I called seemed to handle it just fine.... Best of luck.

Agreed, they take care of the customers in house first. As a frequent customer, I greatly appreciate that. And why waste time on the phone? Service is fast and owners are great people. Go on inside and place your order.

I've always thought this place was closed down because it looks so run down on the outside so I've never tried it maybe they should try making it look like it's actually open and the food might be actually healthy enough to come into to try because if the food tastes like the building looks I wouldn't come in

If Ms la la and D had McDonalds money and could pay a 10 to 20 person staff I am sure things would be quicker. The quality of food served is second to none! The staff on hand has always been great to me. Most of my orders are call in and the food is definitely worth a 10 min wait!
