I recently spoke with one of the agents at this location, Ree, and she messed up my date of birth as she was writing my policy from 1999 to 1991 which caused my quote to be completely off from I ended up paying. I understand that things and mess ups happen. However, when I called her back after to tell her the problem, she says to me “I am sorry. That’s my fault. There’s nothing I can do. If you want to cancel your policy with us I can connect you to the service department”. Keep in mind that I’ve canceled my previous insurance with progressive and switched over to Geico based on the quote that she had given me. Again, accidents happen but she could’ve at least been nice and actually sorry about the situation. Very disappointed and definitely do not recommend this company to anyone.
