I would go directly to the office and ask for an application. They have already distributed letters to returning employees from 2018 Masters, but I haven't seen anything advertised. Be sure to check indeed and the local newspaper between now and January 2019....

The only way to get a job is to wait on HR to actually show up & request an application in person. This place is extremely unorganized.
