Tenants are responsible for, as the other answer says rent and the annual amenity fee but in addition to that the tenant is responsible for all utilities... You must provide proof that you have an account for Electric and gas established for the unit before you move in... Make sure you understand that you are also responsible for the water and sewer as well even if it's not mentioned prior to your signing of the lease. So aside from rent and amenity fees you have to pay for water, sewer, electric, gas and cable..
Rent is variable, ~$900-$1700. An amenity fee is due annually of $200 per household to utilize the clubhouse, gym, patio and pool. Cat rent is $30 each, dogs vary by breed. Electric, Gas, and cable/internet if you so choose.
