Moved in two years ago, and havent had any problems! Neighbors are very nice, and its a quiet place. Also, maintenance is very quick to fill tickets, and management has been very helpful whenever Ive contacted them!

My family lived at Atlantic Heights for four years. The neighbors are great! Evana was always helpful. Maintenance guys were always respectful and quickly fixed the issue. They were fair with us after we moved. These apts even have storage , which would cost an extra 150 at a storage facility every month.

Living here for 3 years and love it Property is well maintained, it snows they plow ! Clubhouse,gym and pool are updated, clean and user friendly. Close to the Barnegat trail, and Bay for walking n biking Walking distance to restaurants, stores n bus stops

Tenants are responsible for, as the other answer says rent and the annual amenity fee but in addition to that the tenant is responsible for all utilities... You must provide proof that you have an account for Electric and gas established for the unit before you move in... Make sure you understand that you are also responsible for the water and sewer as well even if it's not mentioned prior to your signing of the lease. So aside from rent and amenity fees you have to pay for water, sewer, electric, gas and cable..
