Early next year! It is ridiculous that the city would hire a contractor that to takes this long to complete such a simple park! I feel it is irresponsible management of the city of Summerville!

Last I heard, February 2019 is the projected completion date.
Summer of next year is what I have seen. They have the Christmas Tree area already completed.
