Don't use wifi but excellent library
From our store I believe so if your pertaining to giving as donations as money then yes we are but other general donations if you like you can ask customer service

Yes, ID and proof of residency. Your license with current local address is sufficient. Cards are free for Berkeley and Dorchester County reseidents.
