I’m not sure of all the negative reviews on this place the apartments are very nice! It is a bit pricey for an apartment, but I was in love at first sight I went on a tour with Ana and she was the most kind, soft spoken leasing agent I’ve ever come across and answered all the questions I had. I might even consider signing a lease if she’s going to stay there my entire lease, just kidding! But 10/10 experience

I’m not sure if all the apartments in this area is this horrible but from reading the previous reviews I’m glad I don’t live here. Red flag number ONE: If you call the office thinking they will answer YOU’RE WRONG! You literally have to call 4-5 times back to back in order for them to answer. Red flag number TWO: The leasing consultants literally tell you whatever they want fr. One will tell you this, the other will tell you that. Not reliable at all. Red flag number THREE: When I got my lease to sign it was NEW UNTOLD information on my lease, I called 8 times before I was connected with the property manager Brianna who basically told me well no matter what the LCs told me she couldn’t adjust what I had to pay. Which is UNTRUE! Then she told me she would send a welcome letter after my lease was signed, I called 4 times on 2 different days and she still hasn’t sent it. Needless to say after speaking with numerous people in the industry they advised I dodged a bullet. Do not live here! You’ll have problems from incompetent office team especially the girl answering the phone and the Brianna lady to unfulfilled maintenance requests. Terrible!

Do NOT live here! I really wish I could give ZERO stars, because their office team is horrible. You can’t ever get them on the phone, literally called them repeatedly while sitting in the parking lot to see if they would answer and they do not. I’ve been provided with wrong information multiple times by the leasing team and the property manager is a joke. Instead of correcting her teams mistake she finds a way to put the blame on you. Terrible customer service, one leasing consultant whispers while she is on the phone and you ask her to speak up and she doesn’t. All around terrible service.

Moving to Beckstone is the worst decision I’ve ever made in my life. I’ve reached out to both office management and R.E Carroll Management in regards to continuous noise disturbance from the day I moved in 5 months ago. Everyday here has been horrible, absolutely no peace. The discrimination is real. No one even attempts to follow up, I’m just completely ignored until I contact someone again then suddenly no one recalls speaking to me. I’ve complained via phone and email on several occasions every month. One star is more than they deserve. I’ve never considered breaking a lease until now.
