Yes. Low cost spay/neuter vouchers are available for people on WIC, Medicaid or SNAP. The voucher can be redeemed at Stand For Animals Mooresville location, and reduces the cost of surgery to just $25.
The clinic is Stand for Animals in Mooresville. And you can go or call the shelter to get a voucher. They give them at the shelter!
Call the animal control NOT animal shelter.. (when automated system menu prompts, select the number option for animal control dispatch) from there you can tell them you would like to have a dispatcher contact you and leave your name and number. A dispatcher will contact you shortly (likely from a private number) and you can request a free/low cost spay/neuter voucher. This of course is only for Iredell County residents. The voucher will only be good for stand for paws clinic in mooresville and an appt will have to be made within a month of the date it is received. You need to tell them you have a voucher when you make the appt and will have to take the voucher with you when you take your pet in. Hope this helps!
