This is the first night in his new home! Tyson (aka T-bone) is loving his new bed! As soon as we got him out of the shelter, he was a COMPLETELY different dog. He warmed up to me almost immediately in the car. So far, so good. The staff really told me about him and let me know if I had any concerns to call. He is loving his new home!

I called them about all the cats in the trailer park . I bought a new trailer here and the grass is infected by fleas . Not sure why they didn't come guess I'll take care of them if they want 🤷

All animals are listed on their website. Search Iredell County Government, and follow the links through Animal Services to "lost and found".
Yes , you can call them to come out
Not on Saturday's I was told today
Yes. Low cost spay/neuter vouchers are available for people on WIC, Medicaid or SNAP. The voucher can be redeemed at Stand For Animals Mooresville location, and reduces the cost of surgery to just $25.

Call the animal control NOT animal shelter.. (when automated system menu prompts, select the number option for animal control dispatch) from there you can tell them you would like to have a dispatcher contact you and leave your name and number. A dispatcher will contact you shortly (likely from a private number) and you can request a free/low cost spay/neuter voucher. This of course is only for Iredell County residents. The voucher will only be good for stand for paws clinic in mooresville and an appt will have to be made within a month of the date it is received. You need to tell them you have a voucher when you make the appt and will have to take the voucher with you when you take your pet in. Hope this helps!
The schedule is posted online. You can also call and schedule an appointment.
Call the humane society and tell them you are interested in volunteering or being a foster. It is great.
Yes, they do but you would have to set up appointment for it, and you also have to live in the same county as that animal shelter.
I'm an individual that got the iredell county animal control to help
Maybe try.... paws and claws feline rescue
Look up stand for animals i, Mooresville And they do it for 25 I thin
I cant really answer that question because only they know what they do with the pets they have until they switch the pet name and title into your name and you are the owner It is confidential after the pets are in their hands as ownership It is a kill shelter I thought it was'nt I have heard from friends the animal was agressive or not trained so not adoprable but the dog or cat was not this way until surrendered by owner to them I have heard stories of them putting the animal to sleep ,or trying to work with rescue animal groups to rehome them first some people want an older cat or dog or rescue one that has health issues to help out ,or foster them till rehomed every situation is different We all hope they try their best to retrain them and then rehome them after the get used to trainer used to the shelter or foster home
They will take it and I think you have to feel out some paperwork I don't think you have to pay anything
They do not spay public animals unfortunately. You can check with Stand For Animals in Mooresville. They are a low cost spay neuter clinic.
I have not asked them that question but l can find out Monday when l take my pet back for treatment .

Contact NC Wildlife for help coexisting with raccoons. They're online.
I'm not sure, but I don't think so unless they medically can't help them.
There was one over a week ago. It doesn't happen often. They have discount adoptions regularly though. They have a Facebook account you can follow that keeps everyone up to date and also posts the animals.
Iredell animal shelter or southern states sells the vaccination you can give yourself
No photo came through.I have not seen the cat Claude, sorry.
Deceased wildlife and deceased strays are the joint responsibility of Department of Wildlife, Department of Transportation, and the County. It depends on whether an animal is owned, and where it is located.
