We sat through a movie and it was soooo hot in the theater. When I went to the office to complain, they said the air conditioner was broken and wouldn't be fixed until Monday. The movie was Hereditary.
My question is why didn't they let us know ?

I'm not sure they would volunteer that information. But I hope they offered you a refund or a free pass for your next visit.
