Such a disappointing experience. After 6 hours the staff stopped grooming my dog and left her looking ridiculous. Prior to drop off the staff was advised of my pups lipoma . During grooming the lipoma began leaking, not unusual. Rather than continue the grooming all attempts to complete were stopped. Areas that had been groomed were uneven with several bald patches noted. Obviously I will not return and recommend that you seek out another alternative for your pups grooming needs.

I will not return there or refer people/pets. I had an appointment, got there early, but the Vet had emailed me a blank shot record for my dog. I had to leave to go get the record and was told we will work you in if you come back today. I was gone 45 minutes, and when I arrived back at the Dog Spa, I was told that I would have to faceless 3 weeks out! Then the same young lady that told me they would work me in, said I was lying that she never told me that. 🤥 🤥 🤥 I will never go back. I see why their reviews are so bad. It's all about customer service, not pet grooming. 👎

There are some reviews that sounded pretty bad. I cannot speak to those who experienced what they did. That being said, I followed the groomer to this location. Because of this fact, I am obviously happy with the services. I recommend finding an amazing groomer and sticking to him/her if you can. My Labradoodle always looks and smells great. I trust the groomer with my dog completely. Some people have brought up extra charges and expenses. I personally didn't notice a difference when I switched locations. I also forgot to mention that the groomers name is Michaela.

I can not say enough good things about the team at The Dog Spa, Jennifer is amazing! I have a lab who has always been terrified of his feet being touched, much less his nails trimmed. I used to have to take him to the vet to be sedated. Jennifer asked if she could try, I was so nervous but he immediately took to her. He is no loner afraid and aggressive. He gets regular nail trims and baths. It's wonderful! Jennifer is amazing. I since have gotten 2 more dogs and they also go to the dog spa. The whole team has been great! I highly recommend
