Yes...people can vape inside
He probably can, but you need to call, and ask the manager, to verify. Some places don't let anyone, under 21, in the bar at all.
You can go but not have as much fun I'm assuming
Karaoke is every Friday 7-11.
Currently, the hours are the same on Saturday (11am) and Sundays they are open an hour early (11am). Hope this helps :)
