One of my favorite local spots for mexican, from memory I do not think they have official branded gift cards as they are not a national restaurant chain but locally owned. But I would think that they have some form of a "gift card" even if it's just management creditting an amount off someone's meal. Management/owner are very nice and could work something out for you i am sure. I do know for certain that Online you can buy the equivalent of a visa gift card, pick who to send it to (electronic or physical), even pick what the card looks like, and have it sent with the instructions or a note that it is for El Tejano specifically.
