The refried beans were too salty. The tables were dirty. We really enjoyed the Papas and beer in Johnson City Tennessee when it was there before it went out of business we were expecting something similar and we were disappointed. I guess quality control has dropped. Would not recommend this restaurant.

Stopped here for dinner on tge way to a concert. Generous portion of food.

Wait staff was very unattentive to "us" Patricia walked past our table several times purposely avoiding us but checking on other patrons. Then when stopped to ask for a refill she jerked my cup up. I never had issues at the other locations.

I just had dinner there 9/3/22. I hadn’t been in a long time, I took notice of all the Loteria decor. I thought it looked so good and maybe things had gotten better. Food was ok at best. Everything was fine until I saw two mice in their back closet. So disgusting. Considering they were scurrying around with lots of people near by, they must have several. I will NOT be back.
