Thx everyone. They closed yesterday and wouldnt pick up close to closing time for me to update insurance. Paid it still and they cut me off this morning... Some real b.s Glad you guys helped ANOTHER thing they dont inform you of "Passtime app"

You should have instructions in your paperwork on how to use a code that will allow you to start your vehicle for 24 hours

I totally agree I haven't had my car a year yet and already having to pay 1043 for labor work and they not even trying to help me that's crazy

I have made my payments on time, sent in proof of insurance with everything they need. And They acknowledged Friday they received the insurance info, but still disabled my car on Sunday. They are horrible. I tried calling the pass time people and they tried sending the code to my car for it to work again and it wouldn’t receive it. So it being Sunday and no one to talk to I’m loosing work today and tomorrow just to fix a mistake they made. I wish I never bought a car from them. They had their payment and all insurance info and still disabled my car!! Do not do it! And never gave me info for passtime app or any of that if it did happen. Horrible!!
