No. They carry a 12 month warranty against defect and normal wear and tear. Within that 12 month, they will repair the boot or replace the pair without charge. Most red wing boots can be repaired after the 12 months as well, but it will cost you the repair fee then. FYI, my last pair lasted 4 years before the sole lost all its tread, and I work them hard in my job. Most other boots I've used last only a year tops.
