Worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had. Our waitress was really bad, and the food was awful. I am not a picky eater at all or picky about waitstaff, but this was the worst experience ever. Unbelievably long waits to order food, to get food, etc.. and I got a bowl of potato soup and it was literally a bowl of chunky mashed potatoes. Absolutely no soup at all. Then I got a monster cookie thing and it was so burnt It smelt like fire. It was the first plate I’ve ever sent back in my life. Wish I could give negative stars.

Had lunch there with two friends. The food was hot and tasty and our server, Madeline, could not have been better. She gave us excellent and attentive service. Highly recommended!

Yes probably both...but we found that around 4pm was the best time to get a table without calling or making reservations!
We called ahead, but they don't really take reservations.
No. They close early Christmas Eve and are not open Christmas I believe

It's not much room for a big party! It depends on how many people will attend.
