About a year ago I bought my husband steel toe work boots here and today I went back to buy another pair. Unfortunately the $200 work boot was not being made anymore and their wasn’t any other boot similar in his size. The helpful employee stated that it was increasingly hard to receive inventory at this location and keep it stocked. I left without any work boots for my husband but assured by the employee that he’d inquire at other stores about what I needed and would call me with any information he obtained.

Natasha assisted me today and let me just say, it was the best shoe shopping experience I’ve ever had by far! She was knowledgeable, attentive, and extremely friendly. Walked out with a new pair of boots that I LOVE and will be headed back for insoles!

No. They carry a 12 month warranty against defect and normal wear and tear. Within that 12 month, they will repair the boot or replace the pair without charge. Most red wing boots can be repaired after the 12 months as well, but it will cost you the repair fee then. FYI, my last pair lasted 4 years before the sole lost all its tread, and I work them hard in my job. Most other boots I've used last only a year tops.
And depends on the state of said item and reason for the return.
They sell shoes and boots and shoe products. I don't think they do any repair
