If you can't find a bunny there, Georgia House Rabbit Society always has a bunch.
I'm imagine, as any other animal shelter, Forsyth County receives rabbits. You probably need to call and ask if they currently have rabbits and maybe get put on a list in case they take one in. You can also check with shelters in surrounding counties.
Yes, they do occasionally have rabbits for adoption that have been surrendered to them.
