I don't know that I'm okay with public shaming. Most often Hardee's serves good food and offers friendly service and would gladly have replaced the oversight of the out of date and comped the meal as an apology. Why didn't you bring it to their attention and give them a chance to correct the mistake?

I'm sure it was an oversight. Hardee's had the best hamburgers of any of the fast food restaurants.
Maybe tho OP went through the drive thru and later found out that the milk was out of date. I've never had good or quick service from this place so maybe they can do something about that ?
