These apartments are raggedy and need some serious updating. The kids will trash the premises almost everyday. There are flies and cats EVERYWHERE from food being thrown outside and nasty ppl peeing near the breezeways. Maintenance rigs up everything!! They don’t even call to give you notice on entering your apartment.. they’ll just barge in then leave all your lights on when you’re not home!! You’ll go weeks without AC if broken (experienced for myself). Inspections are a complete joke .. just do a nosey walk thru and ignore the obvious things that need attention. The rent is cheap so you definitely get what you pay for. You won’t be happy after awhile.

Tinery is horrible, she picks on certain tenants, she is crazy she lies and raise your rent, she got my mother to help her clean out her nasty apartments and years later she is trying to evict her for something she did not do

Im not sure about your credit. But i know if u have any evictions in your name, thats held against you.
