My son appointment with Dr.KiKi went so well. Dr.Kiki made my son feel very welcomed, she was so gentle and explained everything to me on what procedure my son needed done. With no hesitation, Dr. Kiki asked Dakota, does he prefer everything done today or 2 separate visits. (Basically allowing the child to have a input) in which I love. Secondly during the procedure she actually took the time to know her patients and talked about Sports and all. Most dentist don’t care and just get their work done. She made sure his appointment went accordingly and smoothly. I would highly recommend Dr Kiki to anyone. Thank you Dr Kiki

I gave 1 star because of the head nurse. She is very rude and aggressive. Of course she didn’t give me her name. After I called to complain about her the same day as my son’s visit. They tell me the manger wants to talk to me. She comes in and I told her my problem was with her. Then she act surprise talking about “me”. I love the other ladies and the Dr. That’s the only reason I keep coming. But they need to replace her asap. Not a good person to have on staff at all. Please do better.

Yes if you're referencing to Medicare. But I think they only accept it if it's through a managed care plan, meaning secondary insurance would be Medicaid.
They take medical cards but you’ll have to provide the specific name of the company who issued you the card in order to receive the most accurate information to your question. Many dental insurance companies only covers a portion of the services needed and you would want to know upfront all the details.
