Absolutely ... in any of the designated tailgating lots and almost all of the private lots. But not in the assigned lots A,B or C immediately adjacent to the stadium.

It depends on the area. Most tailgating areas are privately owned yards. I have never had a problem using a grill but the best thing to do is check before you hand over your money.
